Mark D. Theis
Founder, President & Chairman
Mark leads strategic development, infrastructure design, operational planning, and national expansion efforts for Vetted Patriots. His work integrates humanitarian design with technical expertise, renewable energy planning, and resilience engineering.
Nichole “Nicci” Williams
Co-Founder & Vice President
Nicci provides operational oversight, financial systems management, organizational compliance, and workflow design supporting the campus's long-term sustainability.
Roy R. Winningham, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Roy oversees veteran services, behavioral-health programming, resident support systems, and community engagement.

Counseling & Veteran Support Lead
Kevin leads crisis stabilization, trauma-informed programming, therapeutic support, and the human-centered culture of the campus.
